Jesus called, trained and commissioned disciples to share in His ministry.  Before He ascended He commissioned us to continue His work in His absence.  The next generation needs to hear from our generation the wonderful works of Jesus.  This urgency of this mission calls us to excellence in training.  The Apostle Paul’s word’s to Timothy is a word to us: “And the things which thou hast heard among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.” (2 Timothy 2:2)     

AIM for Excellence---Teamwork

In the mid-1950’s the Church of God Department of Youth and Christian Education initiated the Church Training Course (CTC) to mobilize disciples into a team of committed and trained workers.  In the 90’s this  concept was expanded and renamed AIM/CTC (Advance In Ministry/Church Training Course).  Thousands have responded to this aggressive study regimen in five subject areas:  Christian Education, Christian Living, Leadership, Bible Study and Christian Service. 

AIM for Excellence---Certification

Recognition for participating in AIM/CTC study is a simple process.  A CERTIFICATE is awarded each participant for each book listed as an official AIM/CTC book. See Certificates and Official Book List.
